Excellent ski access and spa
heated racks convenient access pancake machine separate toilet
Our room had two sinks and a separate toilet. The boot room has heated racks for ski boots. I found the ski-in and ski-out access very convenient.. the location is right next to the slopes. We loved the breakfast buffet. It included a pancake machine.
The lounge sofas lacked cushions, so they were not very comfortable.

The staff was very attentive and communicated all the important meal and spa times clearly. Every staff member we encountered was cute and polite. They ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests.

friendly staff hot drinks afternoon tea uncomfortable sofas limited beds poor tv
The staff were friendly and helpful. I found hot drinks and water always available. Afternoon tea and cakes were a nice touch. I enjoyed them.
The sofas in the lounge were very uncomfortable, and there were no cushions. I didn't find enough beds by the pool. TV channels were very poor. Sky should be available.
